One Hurt Following Crash on Avenue 352

CHP reported a major injury accident in Tulare County on Wednesday morning.

The crash took place just before 4 a.m. on May 4th on Avenue 352. 

Per reports, a Volkswagen Jetta slammed into a spray rig that was being towed by a tractor. 

Emergency personnel rushed the driver of the Jetta to Kaweah Health Medical Center with major injuries. 

No injuries were reported from the operator of the tractor. 

An active investigation is underway.

  • Call 911 if there are any injuries 
  • Get vehicle to safety if it is moveable, if it is not, put on hazards
  • Exchange information with others involved and document everything 
  • Call 911 to report accident – they determine who was at fault
