3 Hospitalized Following Multi-Vehicle Crash on 710 Freeway

Three vehicles were involved in a crash on Saturday evening in Lynwood, California.

Reports included that the accident occurred just before 7 p.m. within the southbound lanes of the 710 Freeway.

A Honda Pilot, Mercedes sedan, and Nissan Frontier were among the vehicles that collided on May 14th.

It is unclear at this time what led to the collision.

Three people sustained undisclosed injuries and were hospitalized as a result.

Additionally, the Honda acquired major front-end damage, the Nissan a broken axle, and the Mercedes major rear-end damage.

The crash remains under investigation.

Multi-vehicle collisions are typically more common in busy intersections or highways. Speeding, weather, distractions, and drowsy or intoxicated driving are main reasons negligent drivers cause these types of wrecks.

When it comes to filing a claim with this type of collision, it gets difficult. This is because multiple vehicles are involved so determining liability can take much longer. Multi-vehicle collision claims are more complex due to numerous victims, multiple negligent drivers, cross-claims and insufficient insurance.
