Lowry Man Injured In Motorcycle Crash In Reno Township

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a 34-year-old Lowry man lost control and crashed his 1985 Harley Davidson motorcycle.

Nathanial Tahtinen was taken to the hospital after he was injured trying to save the life of a deer on the road that appeared suddenly. The State Patrol Report disclosed that the injured was not wearing a helmet at time of the accident. This crash took place on the Highway 55 near mile marker 65 in Reno Township.

The injured was taken for non-life threatening injuries to Glacial Ridge Hospital in Glenwood. The State Patrol team was assisted by the Glenwood Police Department and the Pope County Sheriff’s Office.
