Pedestrian identified as Alexander Granador was riding a scooter down Figueroa street when he was tragically struck by a car. The incident took place on Thursday, February 24th around 2:22pm.
Detectives involved are still investigating the accident as there are factors that remain unclear.
Paramedics were called to the scene of the collision to help the victim, Alexander Granados unfortunately died due to severe injuries.
