Woman Hit and Killed by Vehicle in Los Angeles

75-year-old Lorrenee Oshodin was struck by a vehicle and killed in Los Angeles on Tuesday morning.

The incident occurred on April 12th minutes before 6 a.m. at the intersection of Florence Avenue and Figueroa Street. 

Police are still trying to figure out what led to the accident. 

First responders located the woman on the ground with serious injuries and sadly pronounced her dead at the scene. 

No details on the involved driver have been released at this time. 

An active investigation is underway. Those with information are urged to contact police at 877-LAPD-247.
