Fatal Riverside Collision at Victoria and Arlington Avenues 

55-year-old Leroy Cowles died in a motorcycle crash last Thursday morning in Riverside. 

According to reports, the accident occurred around 5:05 a.m. on April 7th. 

Cowles II was traveling west on his Kawasaki when an eastbound Chevy Spark ran a red light while he was making a left-turn. 

Both collided at the intersection of Victoria and Arlington Avenue as a result. 

The motorcyclist was found unresponsive when paramedics arrived and sadly died at the scene. 

No injuries were reported from the other driver. The 64-year-old male Chevy driver stayed at the scene and was fully cooperative with authorities. 

The crash remains under investigation.
