Jackie Karapetyan is the Chief Operating Officer at JT Legal Group.
Jackie received her bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing. She also attended law school at the University of West Los Angeles.
As the Chief Operating Officer, this position allows Jackie to oversee all personal injury claims including pre-litigation and litigation as well as the overall management of the firm’s operation.
In addition, Jackie manages our Client Relations Department where she overlooks all incoming cases. She is also in charge of all Human Resources-related issues. Every escalated case in the firm goes through Jackie, she makes sure all issues are resolved to the best of its ability and that our clients leave satisfied with their overall experience.
Jackie has extensive experience in customer service. Prior to working at JT Legal, she worked in customer service for 10 years where she managed over 100 employees. Jackie also has experience working with product liability for Capital Brands.
