Claudia is a Client Relations Specialist at JT Legal Group. Claudia originally joined JT Legal Group as an Intake Specialist and was promoted to Client Relations. When calling JT Legal Group for assistance on a potential new case, she is one of the first people you will speak with for assistance. Claudia has an extensive background in customer service due to her years of working with various law firms, as well as working in the hospitality industry. Claudia is currently enrolled in school studying to get her Bachelor’s Degree in both Criminal Justice and Political Science with a minor in Clinical Psychology. She plans to continue growing hopefully become a Case manager or more within the firm.
Outside of work, Claudia enjoys baking, reading, discovering new restaurants and wineries, and spending time with her family in her spare time.
