Deadly Pedestrian Crash Reported on Highway 273

52-year-old Lawrence Dan Alsenz diede in a pedestrian accident on August 23rd in Redding, CA.

According to reports, the crash took place at 11:50 p.m. on Highway 273.

Alsenz was pushing a shopping cart within the southbound lanes when a Buick sedan hit him. 

The pedestrian became trapped underneath the vehicle and sadly died despite being extricated.

Investigators are actively working to piece together all of the details of the accident.
