Kyle Harrison, Juvenile Arrested after Deadly Redwood City Crash on El Camino Real and Finger Avenue

Kyle Harrison, 23, was among two people arrested following a crash that left a couple dead in Redwood City earlier this month.

Just before 8 p.m. on November 4, Harrison and a 17-year-old Redwood City boy are suspected to have been racing in the area of El Camino Real and Finger Avenue when the teen collided with a vehicle occupied by Grace Ammen, her husband Gregg Ammen, and their twin 7-year-old girls.

The parents died in the crash while the girls were hospitalized with major injuries.

On November 18, the teenage driver was arrested and booked into the San Mateo County Youth Services Center.

Harrison was arrested at his home and was booked into the San Mateo County Jail.

The Redwood City Police Department is investigating the incident.
