1 Killed & 7 Injured Following Crash on Fowler and Lincoln Avenue 

Due to failing to yield, a Chevy Astro Van collided with a GMC Terrain in Fresno County Friday morning. 

According to CHP, the collision occurred at 6:40 a.m. at the intersection of Fowler and Lincoln Avenue. 

The van was occupied by eight farm workers and overturned as a result of the crash. 

Sadly, one farmworker was ejected and died at the scene. He was also not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the wreck. 

The deceased has been ID’d as Kevin Serrano, 18, of Mendota.

Additionally, seven other people in the van and GMC suffered minor to moderate injuries.
