53-Year-Old Man Struck & Killed by Vehicle on Monday Morning

Investigators are actively working to determine the cause of a fatal pedestrian accident in Fresno on Monday morning. 

The incident occurred on January 10th at 3:30 a.m., resulting in the death of Karamjit Singh, 53.

Per reports, an unidentified driver struck Singh at Shaw Avenue and Marty Avenue. 

The involved driver stopped at the scene and was fully cooperative with authorities. They also told police that they did not see Singh crossing the street.

Unfortunately, the man was declared dead at the scene. 

Neither drugs or alcohol were suspected to have played a factor in the accident. 

Further details will be provided once an investigation is concluded.
