Man Killed in San Bernardino Traffic Accident

Investigators are working to piece together all of the details of a fatal pedestrian accident that occurred Saturday night. 

The incident took place in San Bernardino on May 28th at the intersection of 5th and Cooley Street.

33-year-old Jason Hernandez was struck just before 9 p.m. for unknown reasons. 

Sadly, Hernandez was declared dead at the scene shortly after paramedics arrived. 

Authorities also shut down the area for a period of time following cleanup and investigation.

An active investigation is underway.
