Fatal Victims ID’d in Hit-and-Run Accident in South LA
Two family members fell victim to a hit-and-run crash in South Los Angeles on Friday morning.
The incident occurred on August 19th on the street known as Manchester.
According to reports, Janisha Harris, 35, and Jamarea Keyes, 38, were traveling west in a black sedan at the time of the accident.
Officers reportedly attempted to pull over a reckless driver; however, it did not cooperate and ended up hitting the sedan.
Sadly, Harris & Keyes died as a result.
There were three people in the suspect’s vehicle that were all taken into custody.
An active investigation remains underway.
