Car Crash on Campo Road near Rancho Miguel Rd in San Diego Injures 1

The California Highway Patrol is investigating a major injury car crash that happened in Jamul, San Diego, on Tuesday evening.

The accident was reported at around 8:08 p.m. on Campo Road (Highway 94) near Rancho Miguel Road.

A black SUV, a gray sedan and possibly two other vehicles were involved in the collision. However, the CHP report did not state how the accident happened.

One of the drivers was seriously injured in the accident and was transported to Sharp Memorial for treatment.

More details about the accident were not released.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
