Bus Accident Reported on I-5 Freeway near Magic Mountain Parkway
A Transit Services Bureau bus collided with a Toyota Prius in Valencia on Monday afternoon, July 11th.
The wreck occurred at 12:24 p.m. within the northbound lanes of the I-5 Freeway.
It is unclear at this time what caused the vehicles to collide near Magic Mountain Parkway.
Three people suffered undisclosed injuries and were rushed to the hospital for treatment.
The inmates continued to Pitchess Detention Center and were further evaluated for injuries.
Authorities also shut down the far left lane following the accident for a period of time.
The crash remains under investigation.
