Injuries Reported Following Elk Grove Motorcycle Crash

At least one sustained serious injuries following a motorcycle accident that happened on Grant Line Road and Calvine Road in Elk Grove.

According to the California Highway Patrol group, the crash took place Wednesday night at about 8:23 p.m.

CHP said a black Toyota Tacoma and two people riding a motorcycle collided for an unknown reason in Elk Grove.

Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and found both riders of the bike down on the ground. Officials confirmed that one of them sustained major injuries as a result of the collision.

Medical personnel then took that patient to a hospital for treatment. Officials did not release the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time.
