Injuries Reported Following 2-Vehicle Crash

A crash took place on Halcyon Road and Produce Place Tuesday afternoon. The accident happened at around 12:45 p.m. on May 25, according to the CHP.

A silver Toyota 4Runner SUV and a red Toyota Prius collided for unknown reasons. The impact of the crash caused the SUV to overturn, causing major damage to the vehicle. The Prius had major left-side damage.

Meanwhile, paramedics responded to the scene and took the SUV driver to the hospital with moderate injuries. Investigators are still trying to determine liability for the crash. Alcohol and or drugs have not been ruled out as factors.
