Injuries Reported After Hit-and-Run Accident in Whittier, CA

At least one person sustained injuries following a hit-and-run accident at Pioneer Boulevard and Washington Boulevard in Whittier.

The California Highway Patrol group reported the incident on Monday evening, June 21. According to reports, the crash happened at around 7:07 p.m.

A black Nissan 4-door sedan and another car collided for unknown reasons.

Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and found a Nissan passenger hurt.

Emergency crew rendered aid to the patient, but further details were not disclosed.

Meanwhile, the CHP believe that the drivers of the other vehicle involved did not stop to render aid and fled the scene.
