Injuries Follow Hit-and-Run Crash in Palm Springs, CA

A suspected hit-and-run car crash took place in the area of Dillon Road near Prospect Street in Palm Springs.

According to the California Highway Patrol group, a traffic accident took place at the intersection near the Palm Springs Unified School District. The collision happened shortly before 3 p.m.

Emergency crews arrived at the location and found at least one person with injuries. Responding paramedics treated the patient for unspecified injuries. Meanwhile, the CHP log mentioned a party involved in the accident fled the scene before police arrived.

Detectives continue to investigate at this time several factors surrounding the car crash; at Dillon Road and Prospect Street in Palm Springs.
