Head-On Running Springs Crash

A head-on collision took place on Tuesday morning around 6:05 a.m. on September 21st. 

The accident occurred on Highway 330, also known as City Creek Road and involved two or three motorists. 

According to the California Highway Patrol, one person suffered major injuries after becoming trapped inside a vehicle. 

There were also two trucks needed to remove the vehicles from the roadway. In addition, paramedics responded to provide aid to those injured. 

The amount of people involved and their injuries has yet to be disclosed. 

CHP is actively working to determine liability.  

Always make sure to wear a seatbelt, obey traffic laws, and avoid distractions while driving.
