San Bernardino Man, 46, Identified as Crash Victim
Gumercindo Huerta, 46, died on the Fourth of July in a pedestrian accident on the Interstate 210 Freeway in San Bernardino.
A driver struck the San Bernardino man due to unknown circumstances at 4:55 a.m. on July 4th, according to a press release by the San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner.
CHP officers and paramedics responded to the freeway where the man was pronounced deceased on scene, the report said.
The California Highway Patrol is heading up the investigation into what happened and will determine fault for the pedestrian accident on the 210 Freeway.
