Woman Identified in Fatal I-215 Collision 

Three vehicles collided in Highgrove Saturday morning, resulting in the death of one person.

According to reports, the crash took place on July 2nd within the southbound lanes of the 215 Freeway. 

It was just before 6 a.m. when the wreck occurred between La Cadena Drive and the Iowa Avenue off ramp.

One of the involved drivers, ID’d as Ginamarie Priscilla Avilla, 28, from Mentone, sadly died as a result.

It is unclear at this time what caused the accident or whether or not others were injured.
