52-Year-Old Man Dies in Pedestrian Crash 

A vehicle struck a Palm Springs resident on Sunday morning, May 22nd. 

The accident took place at 4:12 a.m. within the 800 block of Sunrise Way in Palm Springs. 

Per reports, a vehicle struck 52-year-old George Lammon while it was headed south. 

Lammon suffered severe injuries and sadly died at the scene. 

The involved driver stayed at the scene and was fully cooperative with authorities. 

Authorities also issued a closure of Sunrise Way for a period of time following the crash.
