Fresno Collision Causes Major Injury Along Highway 99
On Friday, February 24 at 8:35 AM, a serious Fresno collision left one individual injured. According to CHP, the vehicles involved in the crash were a white Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck, an identified vehicle and a white Land Rover.
Investigating the Fresno Collision
The Fresno multi-vehicle collision took place on the northbound region of Highway 99, right by the Jensen Avenue on ramp. According to a local report, the Silverado veered off the roadway, down an embankment and into a tree, hitting a vehicle in the middle lane, prompting such to ignite in flames.
When paramedics arrived to the accident scene, they helped at least one individual who sustained major injuries. The victim was later transported to the hospital to receive treatment for their injuries. No additional information was released. An investigation is currently underway.
