Five Firefighters Injured In Rollover Crash
Five firefighters were injured after their vehicle crashed on Interstate 5 near Tehama, California. One of them with major injuries was transported to St. Elizabeth hospital in Paradise and the other four with minor injuries were taken to a hospital in Red Bluff.
The firefighters were members of a crew operated by Firestorm Wildland Fire Suppression Inc. Media reports suggest the northbound truck went off the edge of the highway to the right. The driver in an attempt to steer it back onto the road lost control of the vehicle and went across both northbound lanes, entered the center divider and overturned.
