83-year-old Esther Abouab Killed In Crash

Garrett Bruno, 33, has been identified as the man involved in a fatal car accident that claimed the life of 83-year-old Esther Abouab and left an unidentified man in critical condition at the hospital.

Bruno, known as a “MAGA influencer” to his 61K followers on Instagram, collided his Ford SUV with another Ford SUV on October 10. According to reports, Bruno was driving north on Spaulding Avenue onto Fountain Avenue . The impact, which is still under investigation, sent Abouab’s vehicle into a nearby parking garage. According to witnesses, she required oxygen at the scene and was rushed to the hospital, where she was later pronounced dead from blunt force trauma. The other passenger is expected to recover.

Bruno has had several moving violations in his home state of Florida in 2012, and at one point had his driver’s license suspended. On February 13, 2012, he was cited for speeding. His license was suspended on February 16, 2012 and reinstated on May 4, 2012. He received a moving violation on September 27, 2012, and on November 19, 2012, he was cited for failing to yield at a sidewalk from an alley or building to private property.
