One Killed in Crash on I-10 Freeway

One person died as the result of a two-vehicle collision in Fontana Sunday night, July 24th. 

It was at 11:50 p.m. when the cars collided near Sierra Avenue on the I-10 Freeway. 

As one of the occupants exited their vehicle after the crash, an oncoming vehicle struck them. 

Sadly, one person died at the scene. There was also another person who was arrested for an unspecified traffic violation. 

All westbound traffic was being diverted off at Sierra Avenue as investigators worked at the scene.
