Two Vehicles Collide with Semi-Truck in San Joaquin County 

One person was killed in a three-vehicle crash on Wednesday night in San Joaquin County. 

According to CHP, the accident took place around 8 p.m. on September 14th near Stockton. 

A semi-truck, pickup truck, and third vehicle were involved in the accident. 

Due to the impact, the pickup ended up overturned in a field. 

Two additional people also suffered unspecified injuries and were hospitalized for treatment. 

Investigators are actively working to determine fault. 

Multi-vehicle collisions are typically more common in busy intersections or highways. Speeding, weather, distractions, and drowsy or intoxicated driving are main reasons negligent drivers cause these types of wrecks.
