Fatal Pedestrian Accident To Be Probed

San Jose Police is investigating a fatal hit-and-run collision involving a 77-year-old woman.

The woman was walking across Vistapark Drive near Copperfield Drive when she was hit by a dark blue minivan or SUV. She was transported to the hospital and was pronounced dead a short time later. The Santa Clara County medical examiner’s office will release identity of the deceased woman after confirmation.
