One Dead in Multi-Vehicle Accident in San Diego
The deadly crash took place on Thursday morning, September 23rd on the 15 Freeway in San Diego.
According to reports, three vehicles collided near Carmel Mountain Road in the early hours around 2 a.m.
The vehicles involved include a Kia Optima, Ford F-150 pickup truck and another unidentified car.
While it is unknown what led to the collision, one unidentified person died at the scene.
As a result of the crash, four of the five lines were closed by authorities pending investigation and cleanup.
The identity of the deceased will be released once their family is notified.
