Woman Killed in Fontana Crash on Sierra Avenue
22-year-old Karen Carrillo died as the result of a head-on collision in Fontana on Saturday morning.
The deadly crash took place on February 19th at 2:48 a.m. on Sierra Avenue.
It is unclear at this time what caused the collision; however, Carrillo had to be extricated from her vehicle.
Sadly, the woman from Riverside was declared dead at the scene.
There has not been any information provided regarding the other involved parties.
Authorities also shut down a section of Sierra Avenue for investigation purposes.
