Fatal e-Scooter Accident Emerges

A 24-year-old Dallas man has died after falling off a Lime electric scooter.

Jacoby Stoneking was killed by blunt force injuries to his head, according to county officials. Police said the victim was riding a Lime scooter home from a restaurant where he works when this accident happened. Jacoby was found unconscious and badly injured; he was not wearing a helmet.
