15 Freeway Crash Results in Death of 24-Year-Old Man 

A rear-end collision involving a semi-truck left Joey Dee Hagedorn dead on Saturday, August 6th. 

Per CHP, the accident occurred around 5:30 a.m. on the 15 Freeway in Baker. 

Hagedorn was traveling north while driving a Mercedes Benz when he crashed into the back of a semi-truck. 

The Mercedes ended up stuck beneath the truck as a result and was dragged for a short distance. 

Unfortunately, 24-year-old Joey Hagedorn died at the scene.

There was also a 38-year-old female passenger in the Mercedes who suffered major injuries. She was taken to University Medical Center in Vegas for treatment. 

No injuries were reported from the truck driver.
