Emmanuel Francisco Killed in Palmdale Accident on 40th St

Emmanuel Francisco, 35, was killed in a traffic collision that happened on Saturday evening in Palmdale, according to the Los Angeles County Coroner’s office.

The wreck happened in the area of 40th Street East and East Avenue O at around 6:56 p.m. November 12.

According to the authorities, a black Toyota and another vehicle were suspected to have collided head-on in the area.

Two parties were trapped in at least one of the involved vehicles.

Francisco died in the accident while at least two other parties were injured.

The authorities are investigating the collision.
