A DUI crash resulted in 35-year-old Justin Weber being airlifted on Tuesday, January 4th in Janesville.

The collision took place just before 6 p.m. on Highway 395.

According to CHP, Weber was driving south in a Dodge Ram before colliding with a Plymouth Voyager minivan driven by Delbert Gavin, 53.

Gavin was traveling north when he made an unsafe lane change and collided with a Toyota Tacoma, driven by Robert Eide.

Upon impact, the minivan spun out of control, causing it to hit Weber’s Dodge.

Justin Weber suffered moderate injuries and was airlifted to Renown Regional Medical Center in Reno, Nevada.

In addition, the driver of the Toyota Tacoma was left unharmed.

Gavin also suffered major injuries and was rushed to Banner Lassen Medical Center.

It was discovered that Gavin was impaired at the time of the crash and he was later arrested on suspicion of DUI.

The crash remains under investigation.
