Fatal DUI Head-On Collision in Santa Rosa 

Authorities have identified Tomas Rivas, 51, as the driver who was killed on Friday evening in Santa Rosa. 

The deadly crash took place on November 12th around 8:43 p.m. on Corporate Center Parkway at Challenger Way. 

Rivas was reportedly driving under the influence in a Jeep when he entered the northbound lanes heading southbound. 

He then collided head-on with a Ford SUV and was pronounced dead at the scene. 

The other driver was a 37-year-old woman who sustained major injuries and was transported to a local hospital. 

The collision remains under investigation.
