Fatal Collision on Senter Road and Burke Street 

Two vehicles collided on Thursday afternoon in San Jose, resulting in the death of one person. 

The deadly accident occurred on December 16th at 3:21 p.m. at the intersection of Senter Road and Burke Street. 

At this time it is unclear what led to the collision.

Sadly, as a result, one of the involved drivers died at the scene. 

The other driver also stopped at the scene and was fully cooperative with authorities. 

Investigators are actively working to determine fault for the crash. 

Tips for after accident procedures:

• Always stop at the scene 
• Call 911 if there are any injuries 
• Get vehicle to safety if it is moveable, if it is not, put on hazards
• Exchange information with others involved and document everything 
• Call 911 to report accident – they determine who was at fault
