Fatal Collision at Rosedale Highway and Renfro Road 

The California Highway Patrol are actively working to determine the cause of a fatal collision in West Bakersfield Monday evening. 

Reports included that the accident took place at 6:44 p.m. at the intersection of Rosedale Highway and Renfro Road. 

A BMW3 Series and Ford pickup truck collided on March 28th under unclear circumstances. 

Sadly, one person died as a result. Their identity has yet to be disclosed. 

Police shut down all eastbound lanes of the highway for two hours following the wreck.

Further details will be provided once an investigation is concluded.
