32-Year-Old Man Killed in Redding Pedestrian Crash 

The man who was fatally struck by a vehicle in Redding has been ID’d as David Allen Brown, 32. 

The incident occurred on August 18th within the southbound lanes of Highway 273.

CHP reported it was just before 6 p.m. when a GMC hit him after Brown walked into its path. 

It was also reported that two additional drivers ran him over. He sadly died at the scene.

Witnesses are urged to contact authorities at 530-225-0500.
