Motorcyclist Killed in Collision on Sanderson Avenue 

Harold Rodriguez-Berrios died in a motorcycle accident on Wednesday evening in Hemet.

The incident occurred on June 8th on Sanderson Avenue.

According to reports, Berrios was traveling north on his Suzuki motorcycle at the same time a Ford Taurus was traveling south. 

The Ford made a left turn into a car wash parking lot, going directly into the path of the rider. 

It was around 6:45 p.m. when the two collided. Berrios was ejected due to the impact and suffered severe injuries.

Paramedics rushed the rider to the Riverside University Medical Center where he sadly died. 

The involved driver stopped at the scene and was fully cooperative with authorities. 

Police also issued a closure of a stretch of Sanderson Avenue for a period of time.

An active investigation is underway.
