Two-car Collision leaves Woman Dead and One Man Injured in Madera, CA
A woman was killed and a man was left seriously injured following a car accident that took place around 9:15 p.m. on Monday night. The incident took place on Avenue 15 near Road 12 in Madera, CA.
CHP reports state that a woman in her 20s collided head-on with a man in a Chevrolet pickup truck. She was driving a Hyundai Elantra heading westbound in the eastbound lanes. The 41-year-old man sustained major injuries and was airlifted to Community Regional Medical Center.
Both drivers have not been identified and the crash is still under investigation.
