Two-Vehicle Collision Kills 1, Injures 2 Others 

A 75-year-old man by the name of Christopher Boutelle died in a two-vehicle collision on November 22nd. 

The deadly accident occurred in Mission Hills on Sepulveda Boulevard near the Eden Memorial Park cemetery. 

It is unclear what caused the collision that took place at 5:15 p.m. that Monday evening. 

Sadly, Boutelle was pronounced dead at the scene. 

Two others were also injured, and one needed to be extricated from a vehicle by firefighters. 

Investigators are actively working to determine fault.
