2 Injured in Hercules Car Accident on 4 Freeway and Franklin Golf Course
Two persons were hurt following a two-vehicle accident on Sunday evening in San Jose, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The collision occurred at about 1:56 p.m. on December 4, on eastbound Highway 4 at Franklin Golf Course.
Per the dispatch, two vehicles crashed for unknown reasons. One of the vehicles went off the roadway after the crash.
Responding emergency crews and medical personnel attended to two patients hurt in the accident. The names of the patients and their current condition were not immediately released.
Three metal post and an approximately 30ft chain link fence was damaged following the crash.
The vehicles were removed from the accident location by tow trucks.
Further details concerning this incident were not released.
The incident remains under investigation.
