Highway 192 Crash Leaves 1 Injured
Two motorcycles collided on Tuesday afternoon in Carpinteria on January 4th.
According to CHP, the accident occurred at 12:12 p.m. on Highway 192, also known as Foothill Road, near Cravens Lane.
It is unclear at this time what caused the collision.
One unidentified person sustained major injuries and was rushed to a local hospital for treatment. Their condition has yet to be disclosed.
Police also shut down the northbound lanes of Highway 192 following the accident.
An active investigation is underway to determine liability.
