Connie Levinson Killed in Crash in Van Nuys

The woman who died as the result of Luis Carrillo-Castaneda’s reckless driving has been ID’d as Connie Levinson.

It was reported that 18-year-old Castaneda was arrested following a street takeover. He was doing donuts at an intersection and driving at high rates of speeds prior to crashing into a building.

Five other people were injured and sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

Sadly, Levinson died at the scene of the crash.

The building that Castaneda crashed into was a restaurant which is where Connie Levinson was when she was hit and killed.

Castaneda was also arrested on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter.

JT Legal Group sends our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Connie Levinson.
