San Jose Accident on Highway 237 and North First Street

The California Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle crash that injured one person on Sunday evening in San Jose.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 11:09 p.m. on December 4 on westbound Highway 237 and North First Street.

Police said a white Mercedes SUV and a white Toyota collided for reasons yet to be determined. The Mercedes sustained moderate front-end damage following the accident.

Firefighters and medics responded and aided one person hurt in the accident. The name of the patient and their current condition were not immediately provided.

Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the accident scene.

The vehicles were blocking the middle lane following the accident. All roads were clear as of 11:25 a.m.

No additional information concerning this crash was provided.
