Brian Foreman Killed, Timothy Hunt, and Jeanette Cox Seriously Hurt in Car Accident

Brian R. Foreman ,76, of Central Point, was identified as a passenger killed in a Sunday morning traffic collision on  in Medford, Jackson County.

According to the Oregon State Police, the mishap occurred at around 11:40 a.m. November 10 on State Route 99 at Ellen Avenue.

According to the preliminary investigation, a Ford Windstar operated by Timothy J. Hunt ,72, of Medford, attempted to turn southbound onto the highway from Ellen Ave and was struck by a northbound Toyota Camry, operated by Brian I. Paramo Zizumbo ,26, of Medford.

Foreman was ejected from the vehicle and declared deceased at the scene.

Hunt, and passenger, Jeanette I. Cox ,85, of Medford, were seriously injured and transported to an area hospital.

Zizumbo was also hospitalized with severe injuries.

The highway was impacted for approximately four hours during the on-scene investigation.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
