Man Killed at Haven Avenue and Mission Boulevard 

48-year-old Rene Morales died in a bicycle accident in Ontario on July 11th. 

The incident occurred just before 9 a.m. at the intersection of Haven Avenue and Mission Boulevard. 

It is unclear at this time what caused Morales’s bike to collide with a vehicle. 

Paramedics rushed the man to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 11:21 p.m. 

No details have been provided regarding the involved driver.

An active investigation remains underway.
