Man ID’d in Fatal Bicycle Accident 

69-year-old James McKane crashed into the rear of a truck on Tuesday morning, August 23rd. 

The incident took place in Irvine on Alton Parkway around 7:25 a.m. 

The truck was parked on the side of the road for landscaping purposes. 

Sadly, Henry, of Lake Forest, was declared dead at the scene. 

Investigators are working to determine what may have factored into the accident.
